Do
the blank tickets work with any printer?
In
a word yes. They will quite happily go through
standard inkjet and laser printers. If using
a laser it is always better to use the manual
feed as there is one less roller for the
sheets to go round. You should always check
your printer specification to make sure
the thickness of stock is within the limits
of your specific printer.
I
want perforated paper to my own specifications.
Can you help?
Yes.
As well as our standard stock items, we
custom perforate paper or card to your specifications,
whether single perfs, multiple, multi directional
or t-perfs.
I
have downloaded and installed the software.
When i run the program it causes an
error.
This
happens under the Vista operating system.
The reason is vista administrator permissions.
Simply right click on the program icon
and then left click "Run as administrator".
You only need to do this the first time
you run the program
Am
i limited to number of tickets printed
with the software?
No.
Although some software of this type
uses metering or annual licences, with
our software once you have bought a
license that is all you pay. Whether
you print 100 or 1 million tickets we
do not charge you any more.
My PC has crahed
and i reinstalled from scratch. My ticket
software activation code doesn't work.
What can i do?
The reason it doesn't
work is that each time the software is
installed a registration number is generated
- from that we generate your activation
code. We do not charge you again if you
have reinstalled, changed computer, etc.
Just contact us with your registration
number and we will give you another activation
code.
