Of course you can use any application to print your tickets. However we would definitely recommend using the software we supply. As you can see from the screenshot below, design is really very easier and intuitive. Basically it is very elementary text editing and graphic file inserting for your logos, or whatever else you want included on the ticket.
Included are templates for all the differing ticket sizes we supply, so setup of your ticket is taken care of.
